Theodore Siu

Theo is a Colorado native who came to Chicago as a student and never left. Through his interaction with other pastors and mentors, Theo encountered the saving love of God and wanted nothing more than to spend his days studying the Bible and making much of the good news of Jesus Christ’s life, death, and resurrection on behalf of sinners. In time, Theo joined the elder team at IBC, graduated with his Master of Divinity from Trinity International University, and completed a preaching certificate from the Chicago Course on Preaching, and is currently pursuing his PhD at Beeson Divinity School. In 2022, Theo married his beloved wife Janice and they have one son. The two of them enjoy living a quiet life in Chicago, learning to love God and serve their neighbors within the city.
